Founder & Managing Director, Nirvana Explorers Academy

Ms. Trupti Khatri is an educationist by vision, with over 12 years of hands-on experience in leading and managing schools. As the Founder and Managing Director of Nirvana Explorers Academy, she brings a perfect blend of academic insight, operational expertise, and a deep-rooted passion for nurturing young minds.
Her leadership is defined by a holistic approach to education — ensuring not only academic excellence but also the overall development of each child. She strongly believes that a school is not just a place for learning, but a second home that fosters emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
Ms. Trupti excels in human relations and team management, creating a positive, collaborative culture among educators and staff. Her ability to streamline school operations with a strong focus on safety and security ensures that the environment remains both enriching and secure for every child.
She also places great importance on building strong parent-school relationships, believing that open communication and trust between families and the school community is key to every child's success.

At the heart of our academic vision stands Ami S. Iyer, a seasoned educator and dynamic leader with a deep passion for early and primary years education. With over 20 years of experience across education and corporate training, she brings a unique blend of pedagogical expertise, leadership acumen, and innovative thinking.

As Academic Head for Pre-Primary to Grade 5, Ami ensures that every child’s journey begins with curiosity, care, and confidence. She plays a pivotal role in:

Designing developmentally-appropriate, engaging curricula
Implementing experiential and inquiry-based learning practices
Mentoring teachers to deliver high-impact classroom experiences
Building strong home-school partnerships to support every learner
Integrating 21st-century skills into foundational learning

Ami’s credentials include being an Innovative Design Thinking Brand Ambassador (CBSE) and a certified Psychometric and Multiple Intelligence Counsellor. She believes in nurturing not just academic excellence, but also emotional intelligence, creativity, and social awareness in every learner.
